black pepper beef soup attempt #1

soup in a dutch oven covered by a healthy layer of peppercorns adapted Andy Cook's yukgaejang but skipped the gochugaru/garlic/sesame oil and fernbrake, and added 1/4-1/2 cup black peppercorns.

i tasted it and I think it needs an additional ingredient and accent flavor to round it out. Also add herbs next time. filter the peppercorns after the broth is done.

  • garlic
  • basil
  • ginger
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • peas
  • scallions
  • spinach
  • vegetables
  • radishes maybe too as garnish
